The LIBA Labyrinth

Drooping Head, Eyes Half Shut, Numb fingers holding a brand new pen, a beautiful mind going in concentric circles, BOOM !

Hello, are you there ? "Duh, Where am I ? Where's everybody ?"

LIBA is no ordinary kind of life. The very building is like a labyrinth very much like the Crystal Maze where every class is an embodiment of puzzles, quizzes and not to mention hard-to-digest lectures. Well, no one is teaching Greek or Aramaic here. All of it is in simple English but the problem is how one perceives and understands the whole thing.

Every class is a struggle against oneself. Using one's beautiful mind to understand the World of Business is no complex task but it is not simple either. Not everyone is a John Nash. But there are exceptions and in LIBA sometimes there are plenty of exceptions. The regular hype surrounding one student being the expert in a subject is quite a common scene which often results in hilarious consequences.

Each subject begins to behave like Agent Smith or Capt Davy Jones. They do not like to see us happy. If we have not comprehended the topic the textbook has succeeded in retaining whatever that has been encrypted onto it. Tests continue to batter us like hurricanes and leave us waiting for undesirable results. In the end, it’s all about survival of the fittest!

Every student in LIBA is like an asset waiting to be used in the right channel. Each and every one is like Neo in the Matrix. We are in the midst of organized chaos. It’s up to each and every one of us to make sense of it all. What the world needs are Change Agents and not Guardians of Management Theories and Mechanisms. Barriers and Walls are being broken every second.

Sometimes when we scamper for food at the canteen like rugby players, the concept of life in LIBA becomes clear. Competition is everywhere. What one requires is the right attitude to face facts and take it in a positive and forward direction. Go ahead LIBAites !!!!
